Because many of our items are made-to-order or limited-run, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly replace or refund the item.

Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Personalized or custom items

Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
